Every year, in the Val di Fassa, on
Pordoi Pass during the last weekend of July, the traditional appointment with
Radio Control Soaring is renewed. Professionals and amateurs of this discipline convene on the Pordoi Pass at the "
Col del Cuc", to compete with their radio-controlled aircraft in a spectacular airshow, helped only by the force of nature: the wind.
Euromeeting Val di Fassa is a competition open only to radio-controlled gliders and electric powered motor gliders, and has become a tradition among modellers all over the world
