The classification of private apartments to rent for tourism purposes has been carried out by direct survey according to the official standard parameters, agreed between the Trentino Tourist Office and the co-ordination service of the provincial government. This important passage ensures a higher level of service provision in local tourism and greater uniformity in the information relating to the services actually available within the premises in use for tourist accommodation.

Apartments with the highest officially recognised standards, featuring carefully selected furnishings, lounge area, twin services in the apartments with three or more bedrooms, television, washing machine or laundry room, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, ventilated oven and/or combo microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, video or DVD player, garden with furniture, private parking space, independent utility meters and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen supplied on request and even complementary services such as Satellite TV, Internet access, baby/child care equipment (high chair, changing unit, cot), bicycles or mountain bikes available, hydro-massage bath or shower, garage, garden barbecue, lift, safe, as well as equipment storage (skis, luggage, bicycles etc.).

General Notes

In buildings with numerous flats or apartment hotels, other facilities with respect to those indicated in this present guide could be available (such as swimming pool, wellness centres, restaurant service).
The availability of linen, of periodical cleanings of the flat, the type of heating system (central, electrical or other) and other services included in the flat and not enlisted in this present guide should be checked directly with the owner.
In order to avoid a misinterpretation of verbal agreements we advise to follow up all telephone agreements with a written communication in which the precise terms of the agreements are specified, in particular: date of arrival and departure, number of persons, costs for extra charges such as heating, hot water, electricity, final cleanings and the amount of caution money if requested.
To consider the apartment booked, a deposit of one third of the agreed rent is normally paid.
Ask your host about the ways in which wastes must be separated in accordance with the recycling collection services adopted by the different local municipalities.
