The Col Rodella ski area is reached from Campitello di Fassa in a modern 100 passenger cableway that departs from the Ischia area, in the town’s sports area, and goes up in the direction of the Gruppo del Sassolungo. One skis on more than 13 km of runs which are served by avant-garde lifts. The artificial snow making system, the tops in technology, guarantees the maximum in skiing from the beginning of the winter season. At Col Rodella those who have a strong competitive spirit also find a "self-timer" race run and a snowpark (near the Grohmann chairlift) for skicross e boardercross. Beginners, on the other hand, can practice on the nursery slope "Col de Lin", managed by the local ski school, at the entrance to the town. The twin area of Belvedere-Canazei is connected by 4,4 km of the red "3-Tre" slope that, from Col Rodella, descends to Pian Frataces to the Hotel-Ristorante Lupo Bianco on the "Grande Strada delle Dolomiti".
Col Rodella is an open door to the Dolomiti Superski carousel and the Sellaronda ski tour, better known as the Giro dei Quattro Passi (the Four Passes Tour).
