"Strada dei formaggi delle Dolomiti" (The Cheese Route of the Dolomites) is a gastronomic project that involves the tourist operators of Fassa Valley, Fiemme Valley and Primiero. Leading wire of this initiative is that of a rich cheese production which finds its expression in this beautiful territory, but also in a series of typical élitarian products born in a community that would like to keep its life style, the love for its homeland and the respect for the natural patrimony.
