In summer on the Via Alpina and on the Trekking delle Leggende (2 high altitude excursion routes in stages), you can discover the Val di Fassa on foot and touch the Dolomites with your own hands. The Starbene nella natura (Fitness in nature) project is focused on promoting fitness in the open air with lessons in Nordic walking, yoga e barefoot. The true mountain flavours can be rediscovered by following the Strada dei Formaggi delle Dolomiti (The Dolomite Cheese Road), an interesting gastronomical itinerary among the valley’s cheeses.
