A new, important food and wine festival celebrates the gastronomic tradition of Val di Fassa, with the best chefs of the valley and some very special guests.

Saturday, July 7 - 9.30 a.m.-11.30 a.m.: panel discussion on the role of cuisine for the territorial development, by the farmhouse El Mas in Moena (free admission, Italian spoken)
