From Marcialonga to the top of Sass Pordoi and to the slopes: after the first event on January 25, more events will take place in March with music, sunsets and thermal relaxation.
You say fresh air, we say HappyCheese. In 2020, even more than in the previous years, the tasty happy hours with regional wines, local cheese and finger food mainly made with "Puzzone di Moena DPO" and "Cher de Fascia" are offered to skiers and mountain lovers. The next dates of HappyCheese will be in March, fading into the shades of the latest sunrays shining above the Dolomites for #tastethesunset. And if the natural showcase is not enough to amaze you, each event will host also a music band with live music. Music will be the key aspect for the other HappyCheese events too, where music entertainment and local specialties will be perfectly mixed. For those who love to relax, QC Terme Dolomiti in Pozza will host the Aperiterme: enjoy the thermal water and taste some local cheese with a glass of regional wine.
HappyCheese is organized by Strada dei Formaggi delle Dolomiti with Apt Val di Fassa (Tourist Board), in collaboration with the numerous local restaurants, regional producers, Sitc lift company, Museo Ladino di Fassa and the support of Gruppo Formaggi del Trentino, La Trentina, Consorzio Vini del Trentino, Istituto Trentodoc.
8 aperitifs with local cheeses and mountain Trentodoc sparkling wines, directly on the ski slopes, perhaps on the notes of Val di Fassa Panorama Music. And after a day on the snow, HappyCheese goes on in the villages centres, in the restaurants and even at QC Terme Dolomiti. Have an aperitivo in the Dolomites!

Guided visit to the Caseificio Sociale Val di Fassa - Mèlga de Fascia (dairy), separate section of the Ladin Museum. Aperitif with local wines and Val di Fassa cheeses. "Cheese hunt" for children. Wednesday, March 4 at 4.45 p.m. - Rifugio Maria al Sass Pordoi (Pordoi Pass-Canazei) "Taste the sunset". Cheeses and products from Val di Fassa paired with mountain Trentodoc sparkling wines at sunset, on one of the most spectacular terraces of the Dolomites.
