Programme: easy guided excursion at altitude (45 mins) along the path no. 643, which leads from Buffaure to Malga Jumela (mountain dairy). The dairyman will show to the participants the traditional techniques of cheese making. Activity for families with children (from 6 years old). Difficulty: intermediate; the itinerary is not suitable for strollers.
Meeting point: at the uphill station of the Buffaure cabin lift at 9.45 a.m. Return around 3.30 p.m.
The excursion is free of charge. Ticket for the cabin lift and lunch at the mountain dairy (not compulsory) are at the participant’s own expense.
