The fairy of the Dolomites will be the queen of the most famous gastronomy event of Trentino. "A tavola con la Fata delle Dolomiti" is the name the "Ristora Moena" chefs thought for the event that has come to its 26th edition, from Sunday 24th to Friday 29th March 2019.
The culinary line chosen by the chef will propose the traditional Ladin flavours and aromas. The Val di Fassa and Trentino tastes will surprise you during this special gastronomic week at the end of March. Also for this year the restaurants members of Ristora Moena - Foresta, Fuciade, Malga Panna and Ostaria Tyrol, mentioned in many important Italian culinary guides - will propose four special menus, at a special price. Delicious quality dishes accompanied by excellent wines of the region and at the end of the dinner, after the dessert, grappas are served.
