The Festa ta Mont in Val San Nicolò couldn’t be missed in summer 2020 and it has been organized in a light version in compliance with the current hygienic-sanitary regulation. The programme, on one day, presents a pic-nic with a gourmet lunch to enjoy on the meadows full of flowers in one of the most beautiful valleys in Fassa, in a relaxed athmosphere. The event will be different from the past years, the spaces and activities will be resized, but the characteristic, friendly atmosphere will be the same.
Sunday, August 2nd - Programme:
At 10.30 a.m. – Distribution of the pic-nic basket "Saores de Fascia" (Zero miles gourmet products from Val di Fassa). Against payment with mandatory reservation on www.festatamont.it (max. 300 baskets available*) or by the Sport Check Point in Pozza;
At 11.00 a.m. - Holy Mass by the Santa Maria delle Vette church;
At 1.30 p.m. - "EcoCircus Show", juggling show by Luca Regina. Preview of the Circen Dolomites Festival;
Afterwards, launch of the photo exhibition "Attraverso Vaia" (Through Vaia). Pictures and perspectives, an eye on the world and a journey through the storm. The photo exhibition is the result of a workshop directed by Davide Baldrati with boys and girls from Val di Fassa;
At 3.00 p.m. - A walk in the wood, through legends and music;
At 4.00 p.m. - "El Giaf," narration and science on the stream "Giaf", flowing along the Val San Nicolò.

*Pic-nic basket "Saores de Fascia" € 15: barley salad by the farmhouse Fiores with vegetables, thyme and cheese by the cheese factory Mèlga de Fascia. Pork shank by the Masc Aloch with potatoes, chive and sweet mustard. Bread by El Malgher. Yoghurt cream with the milk by Carpano, berries by the farmhouse Soreie and pine caramel.
