Those who love a warm atmosphere and tasty dishes can’t miss out on the traditional evenings of "Entorn Vich", the top event of the summer in Vigo di Fassa, which this year boasts a new look. From 7.00/8.00 p.m., you’re invited to an exclusive travelling dinner, where you’ll get to taste some typical Ladin dishes (cheese, cold-cuts, barley soup, cakes), paired with local wines by "Consorzio Cembrani DOC", organic juices, syrups, and craft grappa by "Cianeva da la Sgnapa". But not only that: between courses, you can watch typical craftsmanship of the past, listen to some good music, take part in several activities for adults and children organised by local associations, admire the characteristic "tobiè" (barns) and courtyards open for the occasion.
Four different evenings to be enjoyed in every single detail! On the 12th of July (from 7.00 p.m.) and the 9th of August (from 7.00 p.m.), the products by "Mèlga de Fascia" and "Agritur Soreie" farmhouse will be the stars, whereas on the 26th of July (from 8.00 p.m.) and the 30th of August (from 8.00 p.m.), let your taste buds be tempted by Ladin sweets!
"Entorn Vich: tradizion e saores ladins" - Discovering Val di Fassa’s cheeses. Menu:
starter with cheeses by "Mèlga de Fascia" cheese factory and "Agritur Soreie" farmhouse, red onion "mostarda" by "Masc Aloch" (farmhouse), brown bread slices by "El Pech" bakery;
first course: tris of cheese "canederli" seasoned with melted butter and sage by "Mèlga de Fascia" cheese factory, or polenta with cheese by "Mèlga de Fascia", beans and sausage by the butchers "F.lli Pellegrin";
dessert: yoghurt by "Mèlga de Fascia" cheese factory with berries.
Full price ticket € 25. Non-alcoholic ticket € 20. Possibility to purchase the single dishes separately (with wine or syrup pairing): full starter € 10; non-alcoholic starter € 9; tris of "canederli" € 14; non-alcoholic tris of "canederli" € 13; full polenta dish € 14; non-alcoholic polenta dish € 13; yoghurt with berries € 4, with grappa € 6.
