Cross country skiing

The valley offers a wide choice of cross-country skiing routes. The "Alochet" cross-country ski centre at San Pellegrino Pass, situated at high altitude, guarantees excellent skiing right up to the end of the season. The "Rodolon" circuit in Campestrin (Mazzin), enlightened at night, is really enchanting.

Cycling and walking route

Map of the cycle route and bike rides around Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme. It contains:

  • list of the Val di Fassa Bike Friendly Resorts (hotels/B&B/camping sites/apartments), accommodation facilities specialized for bikers;
  • list of the bike shops, mtb rentals and specialized bike garages in Val di Fassa;
  • info and timetables of the summer bus service Fassa & Fiemme Bike Express (shuttle bus, against payment, from Molina di Fiemme to Canazei provided with bike trolley);
  • detailed map of the Fassa and Fiemme Dolomites cycling route (tecnical info - lenght, altitude difference, terrain, medium gradient - bar/restaurants/refreshment places, fountains, Bike Express stop, bicycle-mountain bike rental/assistance, e-Bike charging stations).


The map of the cycling path is available free of charge at the valley’s tourist offices.


Dolomiti Trek King

The brochure includes:

  • presentation of PanoramaPass. This card allows you to have free and unlimited access to the lifts which are open in summer in Val di Fassa;
  • presentation of Dolomiti Walking Hotels. These accommodations offer specific facilities especially thought for hikers;
  • presentation of holiday packages Dolomiti Trek King and Dolomiti Trek King Short Experience;
  • stages of the Dolomiti Trek King in Val di Fassa.

Hiking map

Topographic map of Val di Fassa. Itineraries and excursions in the mountain groups of Latemar, Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Sella, Marmolada and Monzoni. The map contents:

  • description of 10 most iconic hiking tours and 10 alternative hiking tours with their level of difficulty, time, length, ascent and descent
  • list of the refuges and places of refreshment including phone numbers and services offered
  • list of the Val di Fassa hiking trails
  • tips to live the best outdoor experience


The hiking map, AGAINST PAYMENT (reduction for the Val di Fassa Guest Card holders), is available from June 20th at the valley’s tourist offices.


Local map - Low Val di Fassa

Local map of: Moena, San Pellegrino Pass, Soraga in Val di Fassa.
It contains the maps of the towns, useful telephone numbers and addresses of the partners of the Tourist Board Val di Fassa (for example hotels, restaurants/pizzerias, cafes, clothes’/sports’ shops, grocer’s and local products, internet points, rentals, huts and refreshment places, wine shops, chemist’s, spa, pubs and après ski, etc.).

The city map is available free of charge at the valley’s tourist offices.


Local map - Mid Val di Fassa

Local map of: San Giovanni di Fassa (Vigo, Carezza/Costalunga Pass, Pozza, Pera).
It contains the maps of the towns, useful telephone numbers and addresses of the partners of the Tourist Board Val di Fassa (for example hotels, restaurants/pizzerias, cafes, clothes’/sports’ shops, grocer’s and local products, internet points, rentals, huts and refreshment places, wine shops, chemist’s, spa, pubs and après ski, etc.).

Local map - Upper Val di Fassa

Local map of: Canazei, Alba, Penia, Sella Pass, Pordoi Pass, Fedaia Pass - Marmolada, Campitello, Mazzin, Campestrin, Fontanazzo.
It contains the maps of the towns, useful telephone numbers and addresses of the partners of the Tourist Board Val di Fassa (for example hotels, restaurants/pizzerias, cafes, clothes’/sports’ shops, grocer’s and local products, internet points, rentals, huts and refreshment places, wine shops, chemist’s, spa, pubs and après ski, etc.).

Official mountain bike tours

Topographical extract of the Dolomites area. Description of 12 MTB tours in Val di Fassa, arranged according to village and including:

  • map of the trail with height indications (m asl), starting point and arrival;
  • detailed description of each itinerary;
  • length, difference of level and level of difficulty;
  • time.


The map contains too:

  • list of the Val di Fassa Bike Friendly Resorts (hotels/B&B/camping sites/apartments), bike-friendly accommodation facilities;
  • list of the bike shops, MTB rentals and specialized bike garages in Val di Fassa;
  • list of the bike schools, bike park, skill parks and lifts on which bike transportation is allowed;
  • tips to live the best bike experience.

Road bike tours

Extract of the topographic map of the Dolomites’ area.
It describes 15 itineraries (9 classic trails + 6 challenging climbs) designed for road cycling in Val di Fassa. The details for each route are:

  • departure/arrival point, with altitude profile graph;
  • distance, altitude gap and length of ascents;
  • timing.


The brochure contains the list of the Val di Fassa Bike Friendly Resorts (hotels/B&B/camping sites/apartments), accommodation facilities specialized in services for bikers and riders.

The road cycling map is available at every Tourist Offices of Val di Fassa, without any payment being required.


Shop & Eat Val di Fassa

The guide Shop & Eat is dedicated to the commercial concerns, partners of the Val di Fassa Tourist Board, grouped by category and resort. It is divided in three different sections: gastronomy, shopping and services. The guide includes:

- general map of Val di Fassa;
- restaurants/pizzerias. Opening times are referred to the opening of the cuisine service;
- cafes/cake’s shops/pubs;
- refuges and restaurants at altitude. Opening times are referred to the opening of the cuisine service;
- fashion and sport shops;
- summer/winter equipment rental;
- food and local products;
- handicraft and souvenir;
- jeweller’s;
- chemist’s/parapharmacy;
- optician and photo shops;
- beauty centers/fitness centers;
- tobacconist’s, newsagent’s and stationary’s;
- businesses and services.


The opening times are only approximate and can slightly change depending on the season.
