Your holiday in Val di Fassa it is not only mountains, sports or relax, you should not miss out on a plate of hot polenta, a platter of different cheeses, a plate of sliced speck, ham or salame, our delicious "canederli", barley soup, our typical "cajoncie" (ravioli), sausages with sauerkraut. Each eating place observes a weekly rest day (it can slightly change depending on the seasons). It is advisable to make reservations. During the year the "Ristora Moena" (a group of restaurants in Moena: Foresta, Fuchiade, Tyrol and Malga Panna - Michelin star restaurant in Val di Fassa) organizes gastronomic events serving traditional food and the best Trentino wines.

A gastronomic itinerary that includes "malghe", dairies, restaurants, refuges, shops, hotels and museums in the Val di Fassa, Fiemme and Primiero. The Ladin valley is renowned for its first-rate cold cuts, honey and cheeses. Among the many local dairy products, the most famous are the so called "Puzzone di Moena", also named "Spretz tzaorì", together with the more gentle and sweet "Cher de Fasha" (namely "Heart of Fassa"), and the very soft "Il Fassano", with its particular high mountain herbs and roasted nuts flavour.
