Under the guidance of expert instructors, we’ll learn how to ride a mountain bike, a sport that combines fun, exercise, power of observation and adventure, discovering nature’s wonders
Meeting point: at 9.00 a.m. at the playground "Fiabilandia" in Moena, near the parish church.
Programme: we’ll start the warm-up inside the skill park and on the pump track, and then take an easy/intermediate tour together with the bike guides, addressed to those who want to gradually improve their safe riding in the mountains. We’ll focus on the importance of the gaze, the riding position, the use of brakes and gearshift, how to enter a turn with and without touching the ground with your foot, the body’s mobility, how to face climbs, descents, and presence of natural obstacles. Return at around 12.00 p.m.
Price: free activity reserved to the guests of the accommodation facilities associated to Val di Fassa Tourist Board. Suitable clothing, gloves, glasses, and shoes are required. Kindly show up with your own bike (personal or rented), helmet and water bottle. A minimum level of training and familiarity with the bike is required.
Limited enrolment activity, maximum 7 people per bike guide. Mandatory online reservation on Mio Trentino app or at the Tourist Offices and Sport Check Points of the valley (within 6.00 p.m. of the previous day) showing your Val di Fassa Guest Card. Early booking is highly recommended. Without the minimum number of participants, the activity will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the participants will be contacted within 7.00 p.m. of the previous day. In case of bad weather, the programme may be subject to variations.
