In Val di Fassa, passionate alpinists can make use of an infinite number of natural walls and via ferratas, able to satisfy anybody, from beginners to expert climbers. How to safely face a day in the mountains? In order to get technically ready and improve their approach to the uprightness of the rock, it is possible to enrol to the daily classes organised by the alpine guides, with practice sessions on an easy equipped track and rappelling.

Programme: the thrill you feel while you stare at the ground, the noise of the snack hooks moving along the iron rope, the concentration to find the best handle, the emotion when reaching the top: climbing is a not-to-miss experience for those who love the mountain! Our alpine guides will teach you the basic techniques to face with a sure step a via ferrata and gradually approach to the vertical world. After approaching on foot, rappelling and some practice on an easy equipped path are scheduled. The return is scheduled at 3.40 p.m.
Fee: excursion at special price reserved to the guests of the accommodation facilities associated to the Tourist Board Val di Fassa. € 20 for adults and young people (minimum age 15 years old), helmet and harness included. Should any shuttle or mountain lift be necessary for the excursion, this must be paid by the participants. The location of the activity must be reached with own means. Packed lunch required. Suitable clothes and shoes for high mountain excursions needed.
Limited number of places, minimum 2 people, maximum 5 per group. Mandatory online reservation on the App Guest Card or by the Tourist Offices and Sport Check Points of the valley (within 6.30 p.m. on the previous day) showing your Val di Fassa Guest Card. Early booking is highly recommended. Without the minimum number of participants, the activity will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the participants will be called within 7.00 p.m. on the previous day and totally refunded. In case of bad weather, the programme may be subject to variations.
The outdoor activities will take place in total respect of the regional regulations and the hygienic-sanitary indications, in order to contain the spread of COVID-19.
