Discover Ciasa dò Paré, the bio agricultural and teaching farm in Soraga which has been certified, first in Trentino, for its mountain multi-flower honey, a real excellence of the territory
Meeting point: at 10.00 a.m. by the farmhouse Ciasa dò Paré (Strada de dò Paré, 31) in Soraga. Reachable by car or on foot from the village.
Programme: spend a day together at Ciasa dò Paré, at the discovery of the mountain agriculture, between an auteur honey, now a Slow Food product, delicious bio cheeses, vegetables and curative herbs. Add the fact that the narrators Aurora and Alessandro speak with passion and live this way all year long. An exclusive experience during which you will have the chance to visit the farm, approaching cows, goats and hens, and to discover how the bees make the famous "Miel da Mont" (mountain honey) and, finally, enjoy a delicious lunch with the genuine products of the farmhouse.
Duration: about 4 hours.
Price: adults € 35 (the price includes the guided visit, the tasting and the lunch: a plate of cheeses, a dish of the day and a dessert, water at the table; with Val di Fassa Guest Card € 30), children € 20 (3 to 10 years; includes the guided visit, a dish of past, homemade ice cream; with Val di Fassa Guest Card € 15); free for children up to 3 years. Extra: wine, drinks, coffee. Sport clothes and shoes requested.
Activity with limited number of participants, minimum 10, maximum 20 people. Mandatory phone reservation at the +39 0462 768198 or directly by the farmhouse (within 6.30 p.m. on the previous day), by showing the Val di Fassa Guest Card. We recommend to book the activity in advance. In case of lack of the minimum number of participants or in case of impossibility to organize the guided visit, the activity will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the participants will be called within 7.00 p.m. on the day before.
The outdoor activities will take place in compliance with the regional rules and with the directions of the Italian Ministry of Health to restrain and manage the spread of the COVID-19.
