"Osteria Tipica Trentina" is the name of the high quality product clubs to which more than 70 restaurants and inns in the whole region of Trentino adhere. It’s the rescue of the traditional cuisine, of the pleasure of savouring our typical dishes. This brand, promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento, the Chamber of Commerce I.A.A. and the trade unions, is granted only to the restaurants satisfying the strict requirements imposed by "Osteria Tipica Trentina".
Attentive service, hospitable environment, care for the presentation of the dishes, the choice of using exclusively regional and genuine products (from the cold cuts to the cheeses, from the flour to the extra-virgin olive oil, from the D.O.C. wines to the spumante, from the grappas to the fruit): these are some of the objectives the members pursue to improve and increase the value of the regional catering offer.
