It becomes easy and above all convenient to learn to ski in Val di Fassa. It is enough to have patience, a pinch of stubbornness and much desire to rise the occasion. From 7th to 14th January 2017 and from 4th to 11th February 2017, those who book a week on the snow will have the opportunity to attend a free collective ski course of 15 hours, valued € 150, offered by the ski schools together with the lifts societies and the accommodation facilities of the valley. Val di Fassa, with its variety of slopes divided in different ski areas, is the ski district in the Dolomites that best suits for ski beginners, not so expert but very demanding.
Downhill ski or snowboard courses are dedicated to beginners only, both adults and children, for max 1 person per room/apartment*. At your arrival, ask to your house giver for the voucher, which has to be completed in all its parts. The voucher must be consigned to the nearest ski school, partner of Val di Fassa Tourist Board.
For further information about Val di Fassa Ski&Snowboard Beginners terms, it is recommended to contact the ski schools directly.
*On the first day of the course, a group-selection is scheduled in order to assess the actual beginner level of the participants. Ski instructors are entitled to exclude those learners (adults, children and teens) having ski-abilities higher than the requested base-level ones. They will be oriented to other course typologies and will be asked to pay the lessens according to the ski-school price list.
