Nordic walking is an outdoor activity, a soft training that develops endurance, strength, coordination and fitness. The technique consists in walking with poles, a movement that firms not only legs and buttocks but also the upper part of the body: arms, shoulders and pectoral muscles. This exercise  involves 90% of your muscles and reduces physical effort (-30%), while calories burning is 46% higher than in a traditional jogging session. Nordic Walking is the perfect sport to get fitter in a short time, without straining your joints. - Moena, Scuola Sci Moena Dolomiti office at San Pellegrino Pass ("Costabella" chair lift). Opening times: every day 8.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.
