Ten concerts on the slopes from March 23rd to April 7th to close the ski season to the rhythm of pop and rock music
Take abundant snow and sun, much will to ski and, above all, the right mix of pop, jazz and rock’n’roll and taste it – better with friends – on the terrace of a beautiful refuge on the ski slopes in Val di Fassa. From March 23rd to April 7th is once again time for "Val di Fassa Panorama Music", the festival that celebrates the last weeks of the ski season with ten concerts on the snow during fifteen days. And there is a real matching between music and cuisine, because on occasion of every show the refuge that hosts the concert proposes a delicious dish. As usual, the music proposal by the art director Enrico Tommasini, who organizes the festival with the Tourist Board Val di Fassa and with the mountain lift companies, is perfect for the long days on the skis, when it’s nice to take a music break in the sun at noon.
The winter version of Val di Fassa Panorama Music, so, starts on March 23rd by the mountain hut Baita Paradiso in the San Pellegrino ski area (at 12.00 p.m.), few kilometres far from Moena, to the rhythm of "Savana Funk". The inauguration is enriched by the tastings of "Happy Cheese", the initiative that brings the taste of local cheeses and wines from Trentino even on slope. The "Savana Funk", for the joy of their fans, will perform even on Sunday 24th by Rifugio Ciampolin (at 12.00 p.m.), in the ski area Belvedere in Canazei. On Thursday, 28th March, the appointment is by the refuge Ciampac (at 12.00 p.m.) in the namesake ski area that can be easily reached with the cable car (launched on December 2017) from Alba di Canazei, with "Dan Martinazzi – Blues & Roots". The band will perform also on Friday, March 29th too by Chalet Valbona (at 12.00 p.m.) in the ski area Alpe Lusia in Moena. The week-end, instead, will be enlivened by the notes of the "Tiger Dixie Band" that will perform on March 30th by Baita Checco on Ciampedie in Vigo, where there will be again the matching with the fancy aperitif of "Happy Cheese". While the "Tiger Dixie Band" will perform even on Sunday, March 31st, this time by the refuge Baita Cuz (at 12.00 p.m.) at Buffaure in Pozza, on Thursday 4th and on Friday 5th April, the stage is all for the "Five To Ten", performing by the Chalet Cima Uomo (at 12.00 p.m.) in the ski area San Pellegrino and by the refuge Des Alpes (at 12.00 p.m.) on Col Rodella. The festival will conclude then with the prestigious notes by "Ellade Bandini & Alan Farrington Band", performing on Saturday, April 6th by the Chalet Valbona (at 12.00 p.m.) in the ski area Alpe Lusia, and on Sunday, April 7th by the refuge Fodom (at 12.00 p.m.) on the Pordoi Pass in the ski area Belvedere in Canazei.
