Flavourful encounters: Osteria Tipica Trentina is a club of renowned restaurants of Val di Fassa, embracing the philosophy of local food and drink specificity. In a cosy and fine atmosphere, guests will taste the so called "0 km menus", prepared with genuine ingredients, almost entirely coming from Trentino. Local cheeses play such an important role among traditional specialities, to be regarded as real culinary gems. Some cheeses really give off the intense fragrances of summer mountain pasture, such as the famous "Puzzone di Moena", made in Caseificio Sociale di Moena e Predazzo, the "Cher de Fasha" (namely "Heart of Fassa"), made in Caseificio Sociale Val di Fassa, followed by "Il Fassano", made in the hamlet of Tamion, by the Catinaccio dairy-factory.
