The Dolomites Cheese Route is a gastronomic tour that involves more than 70 tourist operators among producers, restaurants, huts, craft shops, hotels and museums in Fassa, Fiemme and Primiero. The common thread of the project is the rich cheese production that characterizes these wonderful valleys along the river Avisio. Added to this are a series of traditional niche products, result of the dedication of a community that has always been working in order to maintain the life rhythms, the love for its home country and the respect for the natural heritage unchanged.
Through the itineraries that go along the Cheeses Route, from valley to valley, you have the possibility to admire the landscapes, listen to the voice and to the silence of the nature, smell the hidden aromas of the memories and touch everything you have always dreamed of with your hands.
