Vivere la montagna in primavera attraverso l’esperienza del corpo, in un continuo intercalare di attività soft all’aria aperta, in libertà, e momenti dedicati al relax e ai migliori trattamenti in spa. Questo è il motto delle Terme Dolomia di Pozza. Il percorso termale proposto permette di immergersi nella forza naturalmente curativa di acqua e fanghi, lasciandosi coccolare da mani esperte per ritrovare il benessere fisico e mentale più profondo.

La quota comprende:

• soggiorno di 7 notti in hotel, B&B o agritur a tua scelta con trattamento di mezza pensione oppure di notte e colazione;
• 1 seduta di Qi Gong all’aria aperta con operatore kinesiologo per entrare in contatto con la natura e regalare al proprio corpo un profondo benessere interiore mediante esercizi di coordinazione, respirazione e meditazione (durata 1 ora); 
• i "Labirinti del Latemar": escursione guidata a piedi di mezza giornata di media difficoltà. Dal Passo Costalunga, si segue il sentiero che, dapprima immerso nelle foreste di abete rosso, si snoda tra i massi di un’antica frana alle pendici del Latemar fino a raggiungere il magnifico Lago di Carezza, custodito dalla ninfa Ondina;
• tour guidato in e-MTB di mezza giornata. In sella alla mountain bike elettrica si andrà alla scoperta della Val di Fassa, ammirandola da alcuni dei più bei punti panoramici non lontani dai paesi. Grazie all’alternanza di pendenze e di fondi stradali diversi, impareremo ad utilizzare al meglio il comodo motore dell’e-bike, aiutati dai preziosi consigli dei maestri MTB che ci sveleranno le tecniche per affrontare in sicurezza le discese sui sentieri. Difficoltà: medio/facile. Dislivello da pedalare: circa 400 m. Lunghezza: circa 20 km. Sono richiesti abbigliamento e calzature adeguati ad escursioni in montagna. Presentarsi con propria e-bike, casco e guanti. Extra: possibilità di noleggio a prezzo convenzionato di e-bike e casco (da richiedere in fase di prenotazione, 35 € a persona). Consegna in hotel/B&B/agritur o al punto di partenza del tour il giorno dell’attività;
• E-MTB panoramic tour. Guided half-day tour. Discover Val di Fassa by e-MTB, by staring at it from some of the most beautiful panoramic points, not far from the villages. Thanks to the alternate slopes and to different roadbeds, we will learn how to use the engine of the e-bike, with the help of the MTB instructors who will reveal us the techniques to safely face the descents along the paths. Difficulty: easy/medium. Altitude gap: about 400 m. Length: about 20 km. Suitable mountain clothes and shoes necessary. It is necessary to show up with e-bike, helmet and gloves. Extra: possibility to rent e-bike and helmet at a reduced price (to request at the moment of the reservation). The bike will be available at the hotel/B&B/farmhouse or at the starting point of the tour on the day of the activity;

• 12 cure inalatorie con acqua termale spalmate su 6 giorni, durata 40 minuti ciascuna. La terapia è indicata per le diverse patologie dell’apparato respiratorio, anche di natura allergica, disinfiammando le mucose e rinforzando le difese immunitarie;
• 3 impacchi di fango termale caldo sui seni paranasali, durata 10 minuti ciascuno;
• 3 accesses to the thermal thub with whirlpool, 60 mins each;
• access to the outside whirlpool to admire the beautiful landscapes of Val di Fassa;
• 1 massaggio total body all’olio essenziale di lavanda per un’esperienza di benessere multisensoriale, durata 50 minuti;
• 1 massaggio total body all’olio di pino cembro per regolare il sonno e le funzioni respiratorie, durata 50 minuti.

Treatments can be distributed on 6 days. Both the outdoor activities and the access to the SPA follow the national and local safety protocols.
