The brass band from Tesero parades through the streets of the centre and performs at the events pavilion in the park
The "Erminio Deflorian" Social Band, founded way back in 1817 and now led by bandmaster Fabrizio Zanon, is one of the oldest and largest bands in Trentino, with a steady line-up of around 65-70 musicians. Every year, it is renewed thanks to the arrival of young talents trained in courses for students promoted by the association itself, a sign of a living and constantly evolving tradition. The repertoire ranges with versatility: from original compositions for band to symphonic transcriptions, passing through famous soundtracks and pieces from the great operatic repertoire. In 2012, the band took part in the prestigious "I Suoni delle Dolomiti" festival, accompanying the Milan Opera Brass Quintet in a memorable concert. Over the years, it has given life to numerous cultural and musical projects, including concerts, musicals, operettas, twinning arrangements and competitions, which enrich the curriculum of an organisation deeply rooted in the musical and social fabric of the Val di Fiemme.
Parade starting at 9 p.m. from the square "Piaz G. Marconi" and final concert at the event pavilion in the public park. Free entry. In case of bad weather, the concert will be held at "Marmolada" Cinema Theater.
