Opera Fiammae, a company founded in 2020 by artist and fire sculptor Anton Lumi Bonura, arrives in Campitello for the first time with a powerful, evocative evening suspended between myth, dance and light.
The show begins with "Etna", a fire show inspired by the primordial legends of dragons and volcanoes. A ritual that arises from the earth, barefoot, amid sparks, coloured flames and tribal rhythms. As in an ancient propitiatory dance, fire takes shape, floats in the darkness, lights up the gaze and sets the soul ablaze. On stage, "Lumi" - the White Dragon, artist of metal and transformation, embodies the element in its purest and most ritual form.
Next, the audience is captivated by "L'Aspetto", a fairy tale suspended in the air. A woman in red enters the stage singing: she is expectation, desire, magnetism. With the power of her bewitching and hypnotic voice, she calls an unsuspecting spectator to her. Thanks to him, she manages to lift herself off the ground and hover in an intense aerial dance, combining trapeze, poetry and surprise. Theatre, fire, music, clowning and acrobatics merge in a visionary journey that evokes archetypes, transforms shadows and restores wonder to the eyes.
At 9 p.m. in the square "Pian de la Teiles" (mountain guides office). Free entrance. In case of bad weather, the show will be held at the events pavilion "Ischia", near the "Col Rodella" cable car.
