The magic of dinner under the stars at 2,500 metres, where the sky seems closer
A special dinner at the InAlto Restaurant, with a refined menu and dishes inspired by the beauty of the peaks. Enjoy authentic mountain flavours while the sky lights up with trails of light, in an intimate and evocative atmosphere. During the evening, you can take part in an astronomical observation outside the restaurant to admire the wonders of the night sky up close.
A haven of taste where Michelin-starred cuisine blends with the simplicity of the highlands, with walls of light and views of the Dolomites: in December 2023, Michelin-starred chef Alfio Ghezzi found his second home in Val di Fassa with the InAlto restaurant. He has taken up the challenge of cooking at an altitude of 2,500 metres, drawing on the raw ingredients that have always characterised the diet of mountain people, or rather, those who truly inhabit the highlands. The cuisine is balanced and in harmony with the surrounding landscape, which enters the refuge at all times of the day thanks to its large windows. Thus, immersed in the view of the south face of the Marmolada, Mount Pelmo, Civetta and the Pale di San Martino, you can enjoy a break of pleasure and well-being all day long, right at the arrival point of the Col Margherita cable car.
The InAlto restaurant can be reached via the Col Margherita cable car at Passo San Pellegrino.
