An ancient ritual that, through cocoa, promotes inner connection and emotional healing, accompanying you in a gentle and conscious awakening.
“Dolomiti d’Autunno” (Autumn in the Dolomites) is a project created by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board that accompanies the season of intense colours until early November. From 13 October to 9 November, every day offers activities dedicated to the well-being of body and mind: yoga, Pilates, face yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, cocoa ceremonies, forest bathing and much more. A journey that combines conscious movement, nature and ancient rituals, to experience autumn in the Dolomites in harmony with oneself and the surrounding environment.
This is an interesting experience rooted in Mesoamerican traditions, such as those of the Maya and Aztecs, for whom cocoa was not only a food but also part of sacred rituals. Led by Elisa Penna, this ceremony promotes inner connection and emotional healing through meditation and personal intention, and is a great way to start the day.
Three good reasons not to miss it:
Experience nature, wellness and culture in the Dolomites in Autumn
