Yoga, much more than just a physical practice, has its roots in an ancient system that unites body, mind and spirit, promoting physical well-being, improved posture, conscious breathing and spiritual growth.
“Dolomiti d’Autunno” (Autumn in the Dolomites) is a project created by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board that accompanies the season of intense colours until early November. From 13 October to 9 November, every day offers activities dedicated to the well-being of body and mind: yoga, Pilates, face yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, cocoa ceremonies, forest bathing and much more. A journey that combines conscious movement, nature and ancient rituals, to experience autumn in the Dolomites in harmony with oneself and the surrounding environment.
This practice combines movement, breathing and meditation to increase awareness, harmony and well-being. Suitable for all ages, these classes help you slow down, release stress and rediscover your natural rhythm. Tania Detomas, former Olympic snowboarder and founder of Samoy, leads these sessions, which range from integral yoga to chakra yoga, including unique offerings such as Ground Yoga Dance and Yoga Nidra.
