Yoga, much more than just a physical practice, has its roots in an ancient system that unites body, mind and spirit, promoting physical well-being, improved posture, conscious breathing and spiritual growth.
“Dolomiti d’Autunno” (Autumn in the Dolomites) is a project created by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board that accompanies the season of intense colours until early November. From 13 October to 9 November, every day offers activities dedicated to the well-being of body and mind: yoga, Pilates, face yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, cocoa ceremonies, forest bathing and much more. A journey that combines conscious movement, nature and ancient rituals, to experience autumn in the Dolomites in harmony with oneself and the surrounding environment.
Often described and depicted solely as a physical practice, yoga actually has its roots thousands of years ago in a system of knowledge that interconnects body, mind and spirit, with the aim of leading to self-realisation. Teacher Daniela Zorzi guides you (even if it is your first time), step by step, through the practice that is good for your body, posture, breathing and spirituality.
