The strategic partnership between Val di Fassa and PON.Bike Italia, recently announced with the aim of developing and strengthening the destination’s cycling offering, is getting off to a flying start with its first concrete initiative.
On 25 and 26 July 2026, Val di Fassa will host the first Santa Cruz Owners Day ever organised in Italy: an exclusive event dedicated to owners of bikes from the famous American brand, part of the PON.Bike group.
A whole weekend designed to bring the Santa Cruz community together to share their passion for cycling, featuring dedicated activities, rides through the area, special guests and opportunities to meet and socialise.
Participation will be reserved for members of the Santa Cruz Owners Club, who will benefit from discounted rates on various services. The weekend will directly involve the local area, from the accommodation providers set to welcome participants to the Fassa Bike Guides, who will accompany owners as they explore the valley’s trails and various riding opportunities.
This initiative generates overnight stays, builds relationships and creates new opportunities for the local tourism sector. The Santa Cruz Owners Day thus marks the first local event under the new partnership with PON.Bike Italia and provides a further opportunity to connect the destination, the cycling industry and the communities that embrace cycling in all its forms.
