TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Within the scope of the purposes of the processing highlighted in the following paragraph, only personal data relating to the following will be processed: name and surname, email address.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The processing of personal data will be aimed at sending our newsletter concerning, for example, events, promotional initiatives and, in general, the promotion of tourism in the Val di Fassa area and for sending the best holiday offers.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(a) of EU Reg. EU 2016/679: the data subject has given consent to the processing of their data for one or more specific purposes. The provision of data is not mandatory but is a necessary requirement for accessing the newsletter service. Failure to provide data will only result in the inability to receive the newsletter. Consent may be revoked at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

METHOD OF PROCESSING AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

The data is processed in paper and electronic form and protected by technical and organisational measures to ensure appropriate levels of security in accordance with Articles 25 and 32 of EU REG. 2016/679.
 
Specifically, the sending of newsletters will be managed through the Magnews platform. Following your consent to receive communications, your identification data will be stored on their servers. For further information, please consult the privacy policy of Magnews - Diennea S.r.l.There is no automated decision-making process, including profiling.

UNSUBSCRIBE

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of each newsletter you receive. From that moment on, you will no longer receive newsletters from APT Val di Fassa. The Magnews platform may still keep a list of unsubscribed users to avoid forcing them to re-subscribe to the newsletter service. If you wish to be permanently deleted from this list, please contact Azienda per il Turismo della Val di Fassa Società Cooperativa, which will manually delete your details.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes referred to in the previous paragraph, the personal data provided will be accessible to internal collaborators authorised to process such data as part of their duties, to external suppliers duly appointed as data processors who provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks, including e-mail, newsletters and website management, and to all subjects for whom there is a legal obligation to communicate or other subjects for whom specific authorisations are acquired in case of request.

COMMUNICATION

Personal data may be communicated to persons authorised to process it, who may access personal data for the purposes of performing their duties, as well as to external data processors appointed by the Data Controller (the complete list of external data processors is available from the Data Controller), who are responsible for managing the purposes set out above.
In pursuit of the above purposes, the data may be communicated to other subjects acting as independent data controllers.

PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected for the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph will be processed and stored for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose and in any case until the user effectively unsubscribes, unless EU or national legislation provides for its storage.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WITH REGARD TO DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 77 of the EU Regulation, the data subject is informed that: 

• has the right to request access to personal data, the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing concerning him or her, or to object to its processing, and the transfer of his or her data to another controller in the cases provided for;
• any rectifications, erasures or restrictions of processing carried out at the request of the data subject - unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated by the writer to each of the data processors to whom the personal data have been transmitted;
• has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, following the procedures and instructions published on the Authority's official website att​​​​​​​ www.garanteprivacy.it. 

The exercise of these rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.
