Teresa takes care of the kitchen and Michele of her animals, including Fritz and Cristina, her Norikers, an ancient horse breed that does not fear any obstacle, with whom she organises carriage rides while telling fairy tales and legends of her land. The dishes are traditional and plentiful. You will find very tasty mixed chopping boards and homemade first courses such as fettuccine with hare sauce, or the cut served on a still hot grill, but the must is the polenta that is served with stew, cheese, also melted, mushrooms, sausage. Do not miss the Puzzone di Moena DOP, served with walnut honey, and classic desserts such as Linzer or strudel combined with a superb whipped cream from the house.
