The Winkler pizzeria is located in the Meida area, near the departure station of the Buffaure gondola lift. Quality and hospitality are the basis of the family business.
The restaurant is typical of the mountains, small and welcoming. Pizza is definitely their workhorse: thin, crunchy, well-filled and cooked in a wood-fired oven. From the placemat menu, the Superski (tomato, mozzarella, cooked ham, onion and spicy salami), the Buffaure (tomato, mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, spicy salami and flaked grana) and the Vidor "bomb" (tomato, mozzarella, ham, spinach, tuna, peppers, bacon and spicy salami) stand out. Alternatively, salads, soups and a few quick dishes are on paper. The choice of desserts is also well assorted, to beautifully close lunch or dinner.
