Sellaronda MTB Tour. 60 km, four valleys, one goal: to close the loop around the Sella.
Lifts at your service with the Dolomiti Supersummer Card. The route is e-MTB friendly, with charging stations along the way.
Two directions, two riding styles:
-
Clockwise (orange signs), if you're into flow and saving your legs.
57.7 km | 560 m uphill | total elevation gain 3790 m | 7 lifts | duration 5-9 hours
-
Counterclockwise (green signs), if climbing's your thing. The real deal.
58.6 km | 1050 m uphill | total elevation gain 3835 m | 6 lifts | duration 6-9 hours
You can start wherever you want: Canazei in Val di Fassa, Val Gardena, Alta Badia or Arabba.
But keep an eye on the clock: the lifts won't wait. Plan well and keep an eye on the weather. The tour can last from 5 to 9 hours: it all depends on your pace... and your stops.
Some sections are technical, others are smooth, but terrain can shift fast when the weather turns.
First time? Trust a guide. They’ll keep you out of trouble and in the zone - with smooth lines and dialed-in descents.
The Sella doesn't give itself away. But on two wheels, it can be conquered.
