On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), a living space with sofa bed, TV and dining table; the sleeping area includes a double bed plus bunk bed and a privacy partition. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and hairdryer. The accommodation has a private entrance and spans two levels (not suitable for guests with reduced mobility). Enjoy a private terrace and the warmth of a fireplace for cosy mountain moments. The location is unbeatable: less than 2 km from the slopes of Col Rodella (Campitello) and Pera (Catinaccio area), and only 5 km from Canazei — ideal for skiing in winter or hiking and mountain adventures in summer.
