It's 2 km away from the ski lifts of ski Center Latemar-Obereggen and the ski jumping stadium,... and 5 km away from "Ski area Lusia Tre Valli" ski lifts.

Next to the hotel runs the route of the beautiful cycle path that follows the course of the Avisio river from Molina di Fiemme to Canazei for more than 40 km, mostly flat and suitable for all, it is in a fairy-tale environment with a crisp air that smells of wood (in winter it is the track of the famous Marcialonga race).
