Open From 20 June to 20 September From December to April Before leaving for your hike, always contact the manager to verify the actual opening of the mountain hut Walks A 1 ½ hour walk on the easy Viel Dal Pan path (once used by Belluno flour traders to get to the Val di Fassa) will take you to the refuge of the same name. From there you can continue to Passo Fedaia (1 ½ hours) or - maintaining altitude - take the Via Ferrata delle Trincee to Passo Padon, following the Great War front line (3 hours, difficulty EEA).
