The general terms and conditions published in this section (hereinafter: "GTC") regulate the agreements entered into by the User with the Hospitality Operator via the platform provided by Feratel AG, for the technical management of the booking of tourist services that concern accommodation exclusively (excluding tourist packages and/or other types of tourist services), provided by hotels and other accommodation facilities in the Val di Fassa, acknowledged by the Tourism Board of the autonomous Province of Trento, including private apartments, camp-sites and mountain huts.
