A comprehensive hike to Alpe Lusia - intense and scenic - designed for those seeking the true mountain experience: one of ridges, silence, untamed nature and horizons that linger in the mind
Accompanied by our mountain guide, we take the gondola up to Le Cune, a natural balcony overlooking the Dolomites of Fassa, Fiemme and San Martino di Castrozza. From here, the route follows the ridge towards Cima Viezzena, offering sweeping views, rocky outcrops and that special feeling of walking suspended between the sky and the barren valleys. Step by step, we reach the new "L Troi del Manarin" trail, a route immersed in an authentic and wild environment, far from the beaten track. The name derives from a uniquely shaped rocky spur, reminiscent of an axe: in Ladin, indeed, "manarin". The route continues to the Pozil saddle, before beginning the descent towards Valbona, where you can enjoy a well-deserved lunch at a mountain hut before resuming the walk in the afternoon.
Meeting point: every Sunday at 8:30 am at the valley station of Ronchi-Valbona gondola. Duration: approximately 7 hours. Difficulty: moderate. Children aged 10 and over, accustomed to walking in the mountains. The route is not suitable for pushchairs. Return to the valley on foot or by lift.
Price including gondola, guided excursion/experience and lunch: € 36 for adults, € 27 for juniors aged 8 to 18 (born after 01/01/2008), € 18 for children (born after 01/01/2018).
