Great hits from the 1960s to the present day, reinterpreted with originality, humour and some truly unusual instruments
A concert where nothing is quite what it seems. The Cajones Band brings the greatest hits of Italian and international music to Vigo, from the 1960s right up to the present day, reinterpreting them with energy, creativity and a touch of madness. Alongside vocals, guitar, keyboard and the cajón - a Peruvian percussion instrument - unexpected instruments make an appearance, such as colourful sound tubes, flutes, handpans, small guitars and other surprising musical effects, transforming every track into a show that engages and entertains the audience.
The stars of the evening are Bijù Vadagnini, Roberto Dassala and Marco Mattia, a close-knit trio of musicians who blend rhythm, humour and original arrangements, delivering a concert full of surprises, all well worth listening to.
The concert is free of charge. In case of bad weather at the events pavilion in front of Hotel Vael.
