As part of the Circen Dolomites Festival, travelling shows under the starry sky of Pozza for an evening of comedy, music, acrobatics and extraordinary stage performances
For one evening, the central "Strada Meida" in Pozza is transformed into a real open-air theatre. In fact, starting at 9 p.m. along the street closed to traffic for the occasion, street artists take turns with their performances to ignite dreams, imagination and emotions in spectators of all ages. Disciplines such as theatre, dance, music and contemporary circus practices intertwine in the presence of Cima Undici and Cima Dodici, creating a great travelling show. The programme of "CircenPoza" (circus in Pozza) includes performances by four different groups:
- around 9.00 pm, El Diabolero in "Diabolissimo", a show of virtuosity with the diabolo and great interaction with the audience
- around 9.00 pm, Simone Romanò in "Hop-Hop", a show combining handstands and juggling, transporting the audience to an imaginary world of laughter and poetry
- around 9.45 pm, Combusta Revixi (Historical Group of the City of Corinaldo) in "Tradizione Futura", a show featuring traditional medieval flags with a modern twist, a poetry of movement and great energy
- around 10.15 pm, El Diabolero in "Diabolissimo", repeat performance
In the event of bad weather, all shows will take place at the Pozza events pavilion at the same time.
These are all performances from the "Circen Dolomites Festival" For a whole week, specifically from 25 to 31 July, Val di Fassa hosts established street artists and talented international jugglers. Squares, museums, and even high-altitude locations are transformed into exceptional stages for performances that amaze with their skill and inventiveness. The festival is organised by the Fassa-based juggling group "Circensema", founded in 2017 in collaboration with the local association "Inout", which has been practising the circus arts for several years and also trains, alongside professionals, a number of teenagers who perform in shows throughout the year, combining juggling with theatre.
