Circen Dolomites Festival: circus show with the world's strongest juggler near the Baita Marino Pederiva and Roda di Vael huts at 2283 metres of altitude
Girls and boys, ladies and gentlemen: here comes the Val di Fassa Circus, straight from the kingdom of King Laurin! Domenyk La Terra takes juggling to a higher level – and not just because he performs his routine at an altitude of 2,283 metres! His show, "Street Festival Show", pushes juggling to the limits of the imaginable, demonstrating his dedication and passion for this art form, which he learned in depth during his studies at the Stockholm University of Dance and Circus. Get ready for a breathtaking finale: juggling with nine balls and a daring balancing act on a slackline, combining dangerous equipment and pure fun.
Saturday 29 July at 2pm at Sella del Ciampaz (Baita Marino Pederiva and Roda di Vael mountain huts). The location can be reached on foot from Ciampedie (Vigo) or from Paolina (Passo Costalunga). The show is free of charge; in case of bad weather, it will take place at the events pavilion in Pozza di Fassa at 5pm.
"Street Festival Show" is one of the shows of the "Circen Dolomites Festival". For a whole week, from 25 July to 3 August, the Val di Fassa will host established street artists and talented international jugglers. Squares, museums, but also high-altitude locations are transformed into exceptional stages for amazing performances of skill and inventiveness. The festival is organised by the Fassa juggling group "Circensema", founded in 2017 in collaboration with the local association "Inout", which has been practising circus art for a number of years and also trains, together with professionals, a number of teenagers who perform in shows throughout the year, combining juggling with theatre.
