Do you want to really get to know Val di Fassa? This summer, the culinary festival returns with a gourmet twist. Take part in one of the classes to learn the secrets of one of the most renowned dishes of Ladin tradition, made with local ingredients.
You will find yourself in a special place: the Malga Panna restaurant in Moena, the longest-running Michelin-starred restaurant in Trentino. Overlooking the slopes that dominate the small quarter of Sorte in Moena, the malga was an old stable for alpine pastures in the early 20th century, now restored and become the home and beating heart of the work of Paolo Donei, a renowned Michelin-starred chef. He will guide you, step by step, through a traditional Ladin recipe: spätzle, prepared with local ingredients and a lot of passion.
This is a unique opportunity to test your skills, discover professional techniques and take home not only the dish, but the whole experience of a real chef's lesson.
