Verónica González’s remarkable "Teatro dei Piedi" brings the story of Pellegrino Artusi to the stage with a touch of irony
Have you ever seen feet acting? Inspired by Pellegrino Artusi, the father of Italian cuisine, the show tells the story of the relationship between the Maestro and his faithful assistant Marietta with a touch of irony and light-heartedness. In a kitchen filled with unexpected transformations and choreography, the characters come to life directly from the actress's body, accompanied by the music of Rossini, Verdi, Puccini and other great composers who, like Artusi, have helped shape Italy's cultural identity.
For over twenty years, Verónica González, an Italian-Argentine artist, has been bringing her highly original theatrical style to festivals around the world, captivating audiences of all ages with performances where imagination, technique and comedy blend to create a truly extraordinary experience.
At 9 pm in the main square. In case of bad weather at the events pavilion Ischia, near the Col Rodella 3S cable car. Free entry.
