A special table will be set along "Strada Rezia" for a convivial outdoor dinner, prepared by Vigo's best chefs and served by professional waiters and sommeliers
Imagine a long table elegantly laid in the heart of the picturesque village of Vigo, where soft lighting and a convivial atmosphere welcome you to a truly unforgettable evening. "Te mez Vich a cena" is an event that celebrates Trentino cuisine, offering diners a culinary journey through the flavours of the region. The chefs of Vigo - Stefano Ghetta of the Hotel Gran Mugon, Matthias Trottner of the Baita Checco, Demetrio Fiorot of the Active Hotel Olympic, Fabrizio Schiattarella of the Hotel Ciampedie and Robert Bernard of the Family Hotel La Grotta - with creativity and skill, will delight your palate by serving a special five-course menu, from entrée to dessert. Each ingredient is carefully chosen to enhance the gastronomic richness of the valley: from cheeses to meats, from flowers to field vegetables, from wild herbs to mushrooms and small fruits. To accompany these delicacies, the wines of the Val di Cembra consortium, selected to enhance and complement the dishes. Experienced sommeliers will be on hand to guide you through the tasting, explaining the characteristics of each wine and its pairing with the different dishes. The El Tobià restaurant will be collaborating on the table service, helping to make the experience even more welcoming and refined.
"Strada Rezia" street is closed to traffic for the occasion. Booking required online by the previous day. Please indicate any food intolerances and the presence of children when booking. Places are limited. In case of bad weather, the dinner will be held in the "Ciasa de Martin" oratory in Vigo.
