An experiential workshop at a mountain hut focusing on mountain wildlife and the correct way to observe it in its natural habitat
Participants will be taken on a short exploration of the area around the Malga Jumela in Buffaure. Using binoculars, they will learn to interpret the forest: tracks, signs of passage, small clues left by animals, and how to behave when moving through nature with respect. The activity continues with a hands-on, sensory session, during which participants will be able to observe and touch various natural elements, such as antlers, feathers and other specimens. To conclude, a brief introduction to nature photography will offer some ideas for capturing the mountain through thoughtful and respectful images.

Schedule and meeting point: every Tuesday from 10 am to 11.30 am at the Malga Jumela. The facility can be reached by an easy walk downhill from Buffaure in about 40 minutes (return uphill). Buffaure can be reached by gondola from Pozza. Activity suitable for children of at least 3 years of age. Difficulty level: easy; no trekking strollers. Comfortable clothing and sports shoes are recommended.
Price: 5 € per person, payable directly on site. Booking required by calling +39 348 9301215 after 4 pm, no later than the day before the activity. Ticket for the lifts and any packed lunch or lunch at the mountain hut to be paid for by participants. Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer are valid for the gondola. Activity cancelled in case of bad weather.
