Genoa comes home. To Val di Fassa. Rossoblù heart.
Trentino soul. A summer with the Grifone
Because that's just how it is here: when the Grifone arrives, it feels like coming back to friends. From 16 to 26 July, Italy's oldest football club will once again set up base in Val di Fassa to prepare for the new Serie A season. Their headquarters? As always, the Carlo Benatti Sports Centre in Moena, now a key venue for the Rossoblù's summer training. The team, led by coach Daniele De Rossi, will stay at the Wellness Hotel Dolomia in Soraga. Ten days to be experienced to the fullest, surrounded by the Dolomites: open training sessions just steps away from the fans, matches, meet & greets, events and entertainment. And plenty of passion.
Because here, a training camp is much more than just a training camp.
It's living Genoa up close, every single day.
It's meeting Malinovs'kyj, Ekhator and Vitinha for a photo or an autograph.
It's cheering from the sidelines, joining mini football-tennis tournaments, trying target shooting at the Village, letting kids play wearing the Grifone shirt.
It's a holiday filled with colours, chants and friendships.
And making all of this possible, year after year, is the invaluable support of the local "Monti Pallidi" club, together with the coordination of the Val di Fassa Tourist Board, always working behind the scenes to make every Genoa fan feel truly at home.
Unmissable programme for fans:
- training sessions from 9:30 to 12:00 and from 16:30 to 19:00 (schedules may be subject to change)
- official friendly matches
- Pulsee Genoa Village with music, games, official shop, family-friendly activities (from 17 July every day, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00)
- evening events in the squares of Moena, Pozza and Canazei with players, coaching staff and managers
- Genoa Mountain Camp for children and teenagers, in collaboration with Experience Summer Camp, hosted at the sports centre in Vigo
Genoa awaits you in Val di Fassa. To share 10 unforgettable days of emotions, smiles, football and mountains. Because some summers... stay with you forever.
