A weekend dedicated to the finest craft beers from the mountains, featuring tastings, local specialities, live music, masterclasses and workshops for children
Water, malt, hops, yeast. From these simple ingredients springs a fascinating world rich in nuances: that of craft beer. Val di Fassa is dedicating "La Bira te Fascia" to this culture - and in particular to mountain beers - with the event taking place from 17 to 19 July. At the events pavilion in "Ischia", near the Col Rodella 3S cable car in Campitello, three days of flavour and conviviality will bring together six outstanding breweries from the Italian mountains - from Trentino-Alto Adige to Piedmont, and as far as Tuscany - along with other producers who have made artisan quality their hallmark. Guided tastings, masterclasses for enthusiasts and the curious, children's workshops, live music and the flavours of Ladin cuisine will feature at a festival that celebrates a region's passion for its produce, its traditions and the joy of being together.
