A guided walk through the Ciampedie plain to follow the tracks of forest animals and discover who lives in King Laurin's forests
Who has passed this way? A footprint on the ground, a gnawed pine cone, a feather in the grass, a broken branch: the forest leaves clues everywhere; you just need to learn to spot them. In the Ciampedie plain, in the heart of the Catinaccio and King Laurin's legendary forests, you'll set off to discover the mountain animals: those that leap through the branches, those that dig underground burrows, those that move silently at dusk, and those that leave faint traces along the path. Together with Andrea Vian, a mountain guide, you'll learn to recognise the tracks, habits and curiosities of the forest's inhabitants, turning a simple walk into a game of nature observation.
