A guided hike to discover the valley’s most beautiful views, combining cable car rides with short walks at high altitude, from Col Rodella to Belvedere and on to the Ciampac ridges
Head up into the mountains, leave the valley floor behind and traverse some of the most panoramic ridges in Val di Fassa. This day hike takes in views stretching from the Sassolungo to the Marmolada, passing through the spectacular area of Col Rodella and Belvedere. Alternating between comfortable journeys on the ski lifts and short walks, accompanied by a mountain guide, we will reach the splendid Ciampac basin, where a well-deserved lunch break in a mountain hut awaits us. In the afternoon, the route continues with a picturesque high-altitude hike along panoramic ridges to the Sella Brunech viewpoint, before returning to Ciampac, taking the cable car down to Alba and returning by bus to Campitello.
Meeting point: every Thursday at 8.30 am at the Col Rodella 3S cable car departure station in Campitello. Return at approximately 4 pm. Medium-easy difficulty. Children aged 10 and over who are used to walking in the mountains.
